Every dispute letter is sent by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested... yes, it costs more, but it IS worth it! You can't enforce your rights under federal law if you can't prove something as simple as when a dispute letter was mailed. The credit bureaus only have 30 days to respond - how will you prove it? We take the extra step so that you can PROVE without a doubt, that the bureaus have violated your rights.

Filling out a simple response form starts the process for you. We immediately send your welcome package by email containing our standard agreement and detailed, easy to follow instructions. You can obtain your credit reports (credit repair organizations are NOT allowed to do this for you) and send them directly to us. If you decide to subscribe to a service that allows you to pull your credit reports anytime you want, you can share the username and password with us. We will then log in and print off the reports for you.
Our service is pay-as-you-go so you don't get locked into any long term contracts or commitments. A small investment of $495 gets you started - and if you are married, your spouse's credit repair consultation is included at no additional charge! Married couples automatically save $495. Your personal counselor will consult directly with you and analyze your reports, crafting an individualized attack strategy to make your credit the best it can possibly be.
After your attack plan is created, each round of credit repair is a measly $100 and is completed in just 48 hours. We send you an invoice AFTER we have done the work, not before, and will include two charges: $100 for ALL 3 letters, sent to each bureau, and $16 to cover the cost of the Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested charges from the U.S. Post Office.
You then receive green postcards, signed by the credit bureaus, to acknowledge that your dispute has been received. The 30 day time limit, by federal law, starts when they sign the card. Most clients receive responses from the bureaus about 35-40 days later. We need your help - as soon as you receive the responses from the bureaus we want you to send them to us as fast as possible but keep a copy for yourself. You can scan and email, fax or snail mail them, but get them to us fast!
We analyze the individual results from each of the bureaus to determine if they have followed the law and if further action is required on the disputed accounts. Currently, we find that 63% of the negative items challenged are removed in this first round of disputes.
If further work is needed, we proceed with an additional round of repair. The average client needs three rounds of credit repair to accomplish their goals. Some clients are mortgage-ready (this is the main goal of most clients) after just one round of repair.
